Penfabco Ltd. is a pressure vessel specific shop operating in Edmonton since 1968. We build separators, treaters, filter vessels, dehydration towers, scrubbers and more for customers across Canada and worldwide. Our customized equipment, drafting team and daily on-site inspection let us deliver quality vessels on time and at a competitive price.
Certifications
We are ABSA, ASME and National Board certified and hold the U, R and NB code stamps. Our registered welding procedures cover carbon steel Mig, Tig, Stick and Sub Arc, with and without post weld heat treatment, low temperature requirements, and thickness up to 8 inches. We hold a valid COR certificate and our WCB rates are below the industry average.

Penfabco owns and maintains an extensive library of CRN registered drawings covering the most common vessel sizes, pressures and configurations.
Our generic drawings run from 16 to 72 inches in diameter at 720 psi and 1440 psi, and are registered for vertical and horizontal, sour and sweet applications with all typical coupling, threadolet and flange configurations.
You take a registered layout, we adapt it to your connection requirements, and construction starts without waiting on certification.
